what is alpha?

Alpha provides an opportunity to explore the Christian faith in a relaxed and safe setting over ten thought-provoking weekly sessions with a day away in the middle of the course.  It is low-key, friendly and fun.

One can explore and re-explore areas of faith which are often overlooked or forgotten and ask questions in a safe and helpful environment.

• Newcomers to church
• Those who want to brush up on the basics

The Alpha course has been described as “The best introduction to genuine Christianity.”  If you are interested in finding out more about Alpha, or in attending a future course, please contact or email your details to the church office. 

the next course

The last course began with an Alpha supper on 11 January 2012. The course ran for 10 Wednesdays (excluding half term) ending on 28th March. The next course has yet to be planned.
