CAP money management courses are held quarterly.
CAP stands for Christians Against Poverty and is run worldwide.
The programme is designed to develop straightforward money-management skills. Whilst many in the UK are reeling from the effects of the financial crisis, we are convinced that through CAP Money many will be saved from slipping further into debt, at the same time picking up excellent financial skills that will stand them in good stead for the rest of their lives.
CAP Money is a 3 session course to get you back in control of your money, and help you make wise choices in how you spend your money. You will draw up your own budget and learn a money management system to help you stick to it. Meeting with others in the same situation can help you realise that you are not alone, although you never have to share confidential information with the group.

ALL CAP Money courses are free but booking is essential.
