Our parish weekend away at High Leigh is rapidly approaching and our plans are coming together. We’ll be exploring God’s vision for Sunnyside and having lots of fun and laughter together as a church family. Over the weekend we will be celebrating what God is doing at Sunnyside and exploring God’s priorities for us in this season. We will be asking ourselves who we are; what God is calling us to do; who God is calling us to be and looking forward to the next steps in the journey God is taking us on. The children and youth work is also taking shape with groups for different ages; there will be opportunities for fun and times to explore what church is and our place in it whatever our age.

More than 100 adults and nearly 20 children are coming for the weekend so we’d love it if you could join us and be part of our family journey.
- If you’d like to come for Saturday (9 am to 9pm including meals) you will catch 3 of the 5 sessions together plus the evening entertainment. It is £35.
- If you’d prefer to come on the Sunday 9 to 2 pm including coffee and Sunday lunch you’ll be able to join us for our last session and our Concluding Worship. This is £21.60. There will be no service at Sunnyside on Sunday 18th November.
- 5th September: deadline for weekend visitors to pay
- 17th September: deadline for day visitors to book and pay
- Thursday 11th, 18th, 25th October and 8th November: prayer meetings
We will be praying for our weekend away in the Breukleman Room from 8pm – 9pm on four Thursdays. All are very welcome to join us as we seek to commit our weekend away to God and seek his will in prayer. More details to follow!
