We have a range of services at Sunnyside to reflect the different ways in which we can worship God. To find out more about our services click here. The Ten Thirty is in person and also online (click on the link for our live stream).
A time for all to worship
The Ten Thirty is a lively and uplifting service with a relaxed and open style of worship, combined with the relevant biblical teaching which is accompanied by weekly House Group Notes produced by the preacher. There is an emphasis on being open to God in prayer and ministry, as we seek to be equipped to live as contemporary Christians in our fast moving culture. Songs and hymns are led by the worship band and we also make space for testimony from the church family.
Our Ten Thirty service has a programme for children and young people, aged 2 1/2+. Children and young people always start the service together with the wider church family, often armed with tambourines and other musical instruments, before heading out to their groups. We encourage the spiritual development of children of all ages, starting from the very youngest. Parents are always welcome into the groups to both settle their children and see what they are doing. Children are also welcome to remain in the church with their parents.
You’d be so welcome to join us! Although the service starts at 10:30am we encourage you to come earlier at 10am so that you can grab a coffee and chat to others from The Nine beforehand.
