There will be an open meeting for the Deanery at St Mary’s Northchurch on 3rd February at 7.45pm. Bishop Richard is the chair of the Committee for the Ministry of and among Deaf and Disabled People (CMDDP) which leads the work with disabled people along with those who are deaf or hard or hearing. He has asked Revd John Naudé (a priest in the diocese of Chichester and a disability consultant) to do some work on his behalf, which will include working with Berkhamsted Deanery in relation to access and participation for disabled people. The aim is to focus on access and inclusion. John is going to be speaking to the meeting about the project and helping us to consider how we can allow the participation and flourishing of every member of the congregation.
Parking is available in the playground of St Mary’s School (New Road).
