Saturday 19th November 2022 did indeed end up being a special Community Cafe. We had lots of folks join and there were some great conversations. Various people took a turn serving refreshments (Katie and Samson Randall-Stratton, Howard Smith, Lucy Whittingham, Laura and Sam Cook, Pam Davis, Jane Lines) and there was a fantastic assortment of cakes. Many thanks as ever to the wonderful bakers. Charlotte and David Vesey, and my friend Lucinda, her mum and daughter also came along to help us make cards for the Berkhamsted Cards of Christmas Hope appeal (cards to be sent to someone who may be on their own this Christmas in the local area) which was good fun, and the cards are sure to bring a smile to the receiver.

Community Cafe now takes a break, returning on Saturday 21st January 2023 – please pop the date in your diaries! Other 2023 Community Cafe dates to be confirmed soon.
