The Community Quiz being held on Sunday 29th January 2023 from 3-5pm is nearly here! This is a completely free event being held in church so we can all get to know our community better. It is open to all (single folks, couples, families are all welcome regardless of faith or none), and with prizes to be won! There will be tea, coffee and cakes freely available throughout the afternoon.

Please see attached electronic invitation. Invitation cards will be available in Church from Sunday 15th for folks to take away and intentionally invite those who live, work and attend activities within our parish.
 
Our information gathering session identified the following people we could invite: Sunnyside Walking Group; hall users including Messy Babies, Messy Church, Lunch Club, Brownies, Monday exercise group, Jayne Marie Dance School; Pilates; House groups; Sunnyside Gardeners; Men at Home; Epicure; Sunnyside Allotments; Once upon a time antique shop; the Boat pub; the Rising Sun pub; Rotary friends; Little Heath Lane Industrial Estate; Haresfoot Industrial Estate; different road whatsapp groups. This list can be expanded if you know of more! Please see attached map for our parish boundary.
 
Please let Rebecca know if you intend, or could offer, to invite anyone from this list so we don’t duplicate invites – for example Chris Cartwright has offered to organise a Walking Group quiz team and Penny Harrison will organise a Hall Park road team. 
 
As well as specific teams, we are hoping our lovely congregation will form teams – ideally as part of a specific road if you live in the parish but still come and be part of the quiz if you want to join up with friends from church.
