Our Community Barn Dance is this coming Saturday 27th January and it’s not too late to sign up:

This fun, all ages (those aged from 4 to 104!) event is on Saturday 27th January 2024 in Sunnyside Church Hall from 6.30-9pm. The Barn Dance will be led by Hedgerow Tipple (we thoroughly enjoyed them leading us at our last Sunnyside Weekend Away). Arrive from 6.30pm, the first half of dancing will run 7-7.45pm, there will be a break for refreshments 7.45-8.15pm, and then the second half of dancing will run 8.15-9pm. Come for as long or as little as you are able (for example just the first half if wish to get children home to bed or the second half if had earlier commitments, also folks can slot into dancing at any point). Please come even if you do not wish to dance – the Breukelman Room will be open throughout. We would love to see a mix of folks attending – people from our congregation, our parish, our hall users, and friends from local churches. Please consider who you could ask to come with you. Please also consider offering a lift to a Sunnysider who no longer drives when it’s dark.

Suggested donation on the night £5 per person which includes puddings and hot drinks at half time. Please bring your own alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. No monies needed in advance – donate on the night (cash or via our Sum Up machines). Any surplus money collected will go to the mission charities which Sunnyside supports. For now we just need you to ask others and sign up please (Sunnyside Community Barn Dance sign up form).
