The first Community Cafe of the year will be in Church on Saturday 20th January 2024 from 10.30am-noon hosted by Kristina F and Hannah F, and Katie would like another co-host please! (a lot of folks are on the PCC away day). Lucinda M plans to attend to host another instalment of Craftea (our sixth session!) – the idea being to bring along whatever craft you are currently working on, have a cuppa, and sit with folks to craft together. Lucinda runs the online Berkhamsted Creative Challenge Facebook group. Please do extend the invite to local family and friends who like crafting! Or indeed to ones who don’t too.

Other 2024 dates for your diaries: 16 March, 20 April, 18 May, 15 June, 21 September, 19 October, 16 November (none in February as half term, and none as usual in July, August or December). Free hot drinks and cake provided as usual, please bring a reusable mug where possible to minimise our washing up (and you get more!). As ever, hopefully folks will use the space to connect with others over a cuppa and a nice slice of cake. Why not invite a neighbour to attend with you? Or what about arranging to meet someone from church you haven’t caught up with lately? Or just come solo – your co-hosts would be delighted to have a chat!

Community Cafe wouldn’t be possible without the brilliant folks supporting it – those who bake the yummy cakes, those who come along to co-host, and those who come to set the church back up.
