44 people attended our annual meetings in person and on line. We were able to give thanks to God for people who have served Sunnyside over the past year and for all God has done for us. We also heard a report from Shawn about our finances and one from Simon about our exciting plans to make our buildings fit for the future (more information coming soon). Rebecca shared some thoughts too which can be read via the link below.
During the evening, we elected Andrew Fairburn and Charis Geoghegan as our churchwardens for the coming year and Chris Stewart joined the PCC, with Laura Cook being re-elected. We are hugely grateful to them and all who serve on the PCC for their time and wisdom.
