The summer has passed and before we know it, it’s time for Community Café to resume for the Autumn! Our next Community Café will be in Church this coming Saturday 21st September 2024 from 10.30am-noon hosted by Judy E and hopefully another volunteer will come forward please to support Judy! No experience necessary – Judy can make the coffee and so you can be a friendly face distributing refreshments! This task involves arriving at 10am to bring hot drinks through from the kitchen and cut cake (Katie will have already set up as much as possible on Friday morning), serving refreshments to folks, clearing up afterwards, and we’re normally ready to head off around 12.30pm. Please let Katie know asap if you are able to plug this gap; it would be greatly appreciated if you can help! Many thanks to Tony for responding to last week’s request for support and offering to come and be our “Set Back Upper”!

Craftea (bring along whatever craft you are currently working on) will also be running. Free hot drinks and cake provided as usual. Please bring a reusable mug where possible to minimise our washing up (and you get more!). As ever, hopefully folks will use the space to connect with others over a cuppa and a nice slice of cake.
