Parish Boundary Walk

On Sunday 29th June, after the Ten Thirty service, eight of us set off to walk around most of the boundary of the Parish. As we walked, we paused to discover points of interest, to give thanks and to pray for residents and activities.

We shared in fellowship and admired the beauty of our surroundings such as the wonderful display of butterflies in the field at the top of Bullbeggars Lane.

Approximately two-thirds of the way around, we were all very grateful to be met by Rebecca who provided a much needed snack and water to refill our bottles.

We left out two parts of the parish which lie on the extremities; we hope to explore these on another occasion.

If anyone who was unable to join us would like a copy of the map, points of interest/prompts for prayer and children’s scavenger hunt, please do ask me.
