Each month we pray for two of our mission partners. During July we are praying for Elim Missions (Heidi Longworth) and the Sunnyside Rural Trust.

We had a great first ‘Friday Summer Fun!’ session at Sunnyside Church on Friday 23rd June 2023 evening hosted by Laura Cook, Katie Randall-Stratton and Sarah Tizzard (our new Families and Young People Leader).

We are excited to be bringing back a Friday Youth Club for younger folks this summer term hosted by a combination of Jane Lines, Laura Cook and Katie Randall-Stratton, with support from Sarah Tizzard (our new Families and Young People Leader).

When: Saturday 1st July from 3.30pm to 5.30pmWhere: Sunnyside Vicarage Garden, Ivy House Lane, Berkhamsted, HP4 2PPWhat: An afternoon of fun, friendship and food. Payment of £3 per person or £10 per family are payable on the day.

Prayer is vital to our lives as individual followers of Jesus and as a church family. We have lots of different ways of getting involved in prayer at Sunnyside and want to help support everyone in taking part.

We had a great turn out for our last Community Cafe before we break for summer. Iris Bridson and Sarah Tizzard (our new Families and Young People Leader) enjoyed their first time co-hosting! 

Sunday 16th July sees an opportunity for us to gather together as church family for some fun and chill time! We will head to Berkhamsted Castle meeting for a picnic together from 12-2pm onwards. Bring your own picnic, rugs and chairs and spend time eating and spending time together. We...

Sunnyside is excited to be joining churches across the country again in hosting the Tearfund Big Quiz Night 2023. The quiz will be in Church on Saturday 14th October 2023, 7.30pm for 7.45pm start, with Katie Randall-Stratton returning for a fifth year as Quizmaster.
