Each month we pray for two of our mission partners. During May we are praying for Bible Society and Home-Start Hertfordshire.

Families, children and young people are an important part of our life at Sunnyside. We are focussing on them this month, more information next week but do pray for all our families and those who support them. 

The Deanery Lecture is being hosted by St Mary’s Northchurch on Wednesday 17th May at 7.45pm.

Our focus for April is Alpha which we are running after Easter.  As we prepare for this course please pray for:

Alpha is back and will be starting on Tuesday 25th April at 7.30pm and running every Tuesday evening after that until 6th June. We are going to meet in person in church to watch a video presentation, but are also giving the opportunity to meet instead as an online group...

We are looking forward to journeying with Jesus through Easter. We will begin with celebrating his entry to Jerusalem on Palm Sunday, continue with the events of Holy Week that led to his crucifixion on Good Friday to the joy of the empty tomb on Easter Morning.

Join other families as we explore the Easter story though mess, fun, friendship, craft, celebration and food.

Our latest Community Cafe on Saturday 18th March 2023 was hosted by Pam Davis and Penny Harrison in the Breukelman Room.

Lots of you are hopefully now aware (thanks for the various plugs Rebecca, Pam, Peter and John!), that there is a special Sunnyside ‘In Conversation With’ being held on Zoom on Monday 27th March 2023 hosted by Katie Randall-Stratton.
