Every month we pray for two of our mission partners. During August we are praying for Frontiers (James and Joanna) and Playskills.

‘Messy Church in a bag’ will be happening on Saturday 1st May and our theme this month will be Noah’s Ark. There will be lots of opportunities for water play and messy play at home alongside some animal and special rainbow crafts.

We are approaching the summer holidays when lots of people are away and we all benefit from a different pace of life. To reflect this, as usual, our summer services will look a bit different.

We had a great first ‘Friday Summer Fun!’ session at Sunnyside Church on Friday 23rd June 2023 evening hosted by Laura Cook, Katie Randall-Stratton and Sarah Tizzard (our new Families and Young People Leader).

We join with others in giving thanks for the Duke of Edinburgh’s long life of service. We pray that the Queen and Royal family will know God’s comfort in their grief and find hope in Jesus’s promise of eternal life for all who believe in him.
